Packaging & Labeling
All food items are served in catering containers, each labeled with the dish name and description for easy identification.
Serving Size
Each container provides 5 servings, intended to be shared among 6-8 people.
Dim Sum Items
The number next to each dim sum item represents the number of pieces included per container.
Serving Utensils
Each container includes one serving spoon or tongs. Plates and utensils must be ordered separately.
Ordering Minimums
- Drop-off catering: $500 minimum
- Pick-up catering: $300 minimum
Turnaround Time
Orders require a 2-day advance notice. For example, Monday lunch drop-off catering must be submitted by the end of the day Saturday.
